Amazon Fire
Setting up Amazon Fire Stick or Cube
				Fire Stick
- Plug your Fire TV device into your TV's HDMI port and then plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
 - Use the USB cable to connect the power adapter and your Fire TV device.
 
Fire Cube
- Place your Fire TV Cube 1 to 2 ft away from any speakers.
 - Plug one end of your HDMI cable into your TV and the other end in your Fire TV Cube.
 - Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet and then into your Fire TV Cube.
 - Put batteries in your Fire TV remote.
 - Turn on your TV and use your standard TV remote to switch to the corresponding HDMI input.
 - If your remote doesn't pair automatically, press the Home button (shaped like a house and located below the click wheel on the Amazon Fire remote) until Press <II to Start appears on-screen.
 - Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to Wi-Fi and download the latest software update.
 - Follow on-screen instructions to sign in with your Amazon account. Use your mobile phone or a computer web browser to visit the on-screen web address and enter the verification code to get started.
 
How to Connect or Reconnect to Your Wireless Network
				- Locate and select the Settings icon on the home page (it looks like a gear wheel).
 - Select Network and scroll down to locate your Wi-Fi network name.
 - Press the Play/Pause button (>II) on your remote to see your network status and follow the on-screen steps to connect or reconnect.
 
Using Your Amazon Fire Remote
				- The microphone button will allow you to use your voice to search, control playback, return to the home screen and more.
 - The circle is your navigational pad. Click left, right, up or down to scroll. Click the center to select.
 - The Home button will take you to the main menu.
 - The back arrow will return you to the previous screen.
 - The three lines button is the Menu
 - The <<, >II and >> buttons can be used to control playback.
 - To play or pause content, click the >II button
 - To continuously rewind or fast-forward, press the << or >> buttons.
 
Using Your Mobile Device as Your Amazon Fire Remote
				- Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Fire TV Device.
 - Open the Fire TV app on your mobile device.
 - Select your device from the screen and follow the on-screen prompts.
 - You’ll be able to use the on-screen navigation, keyboard and other menu options to control your Fire TV device.
 
Downloading New Apps
				- Use the main menu on your Fire TV, select the Find tab.
 - Then select Search and key in your query.
 - You can also use your voice to search for specific apps. Press the microphone button and clearly say your search query.
 - Once the results pop up, select the app you want to download.
 - Select Get or the shopping cart icon to start your download. Note: for paid apps you will have to have a credit card on file to purchase and download.
 
Moving Apps on the Home Screen
				- Use your Amazon Fire remote to highlight the app you want to move. If you don't see the app that you want, select the … icon to see all of your apps.
 - Press the Menu button (three parallel lines) on your remote.
 - Select Move and then move the app to where you want it.
 
Deleting Apps
				- Use your Amazon Fire remote to highlight the app you want to move. If you don't see the app that you want, select the … icon to see all of your apps.
 - Press the Menu button (three parallel lines) on your remote.
 - Select Delete.
 
Manage Amazon Fire Profiles
				- Select the Profiles icon (looks like a person) on the Home screen or click the microphone button and say "Go to Profiles.”
 - Select Add Profiles.
 - Select New Profile and then choose a name and icon for your profile.
